velocity's tenants are way more than mytown which is DAMN EMPTY.. lol

visited last month and many shops still vacant...

after exit car park, the first traffic light junction very weird design and dangerous.. is like 2 lanes go <, and then 2 lanes go > and then another 1 lane go < again.. the first 2 lanes can u turn... i also pusing kepala...

at the CUrve lain lor.. IKEA compliment IKANA power centre... the curve is only riding on the wave... not really doing well 1..
