Just voted.
My xbox 360 3ROD after 6 months of casual gaming. Sent to TNL for warranty claim from SG in January. Till now, still no news from them  Really dissapointed with their service. Has anyone actually got a replacement set by going through the local store (besides DjiNn lar)? Sigh.... should have gone down to SG myself. |

How does the supplier handle warranty claims? Since you are in the biz... mind telling us  My xbox360 till now (2 months had passed) still have not gotten a replacement set from shop. Everytime I check with the shop... they told me no news from supplier. DjiNn, I have been asking them every 1~2 weeks. Everytime answer given was ... machine at supplier's site... don't know when will get it back.... give them more time....
Buying a new set is not an option because it should be under SG warranty. By right, should be able to exchange. Will check with them again next week. OT, btw any hardware issues with ps3? Warranty procedure is same like xbox?
