prazole, so did TNL send it for you? Where's your xbox360 now? Is there any fellow forumers who got back a replacement set through TNL?

so basically life span is 11-12 months...lol...

mine 13 mnths already..if got 3 rod... a good way to find reason to buy the elite edition...

Elite if im not mistaken, it still using CPU 90nm, so produce the same level of heat. What about GPU?

Most of the LYP members bought the singapore version which was launched on March 16, 2006. A few bought it earlier (japan version) which was launched on 19 December 2005. Dont think both have reached the 1.5 years status yet, unless of course most LYP members bought it from US which was launched in November 2005.
I think the next few months we will witness more and more of the Singapore units dying off when they go further past the 1 year mark.
Thats my guess, of course.

Playstation 3 also has this red light beeping problem, I heard one of the problem is the HDD. So far the case happening is very low but perhaps due to the fact not many people bought PS3 and it only launched couple months ago...



Anyway back to the topic, btw the warranty does not depends on the day you bought the Xbox 360 but rather when you fill the warranty card or something?
