Crowd pulling factor in EM? So far only the park and the sports complex in Silver Square will be created whereas others are just in the planning stage.

Planning stage for how long I dont know. Shopping mall/megamall inside Silver Square has been in planning for years now, dont know when they will finish planning and complete building and open its doors to public and customers? Maybe 100 years later.

Also in planning stage for years now, is office towers/blocks/buildings inside Silver Square, also don't know whether still got plans to go ahead with this project, heard EW struggling to bring in corporate companies, private companies and MNCs to Semenyih, if still got plans, maybe 100 years later.

EM Lab is it still on?

Hopefully EW can look ahead of all its problems and complete most of its projects by 2020. At least have the park, EM Lab, sports complex and megamall inside Silver Square up and running by 2020.

On another note, huh, not many people move into EM yet or all waiting for water pressure issue to be resolved first?

Aiyah you all complain long ago and last time Semenyih got so many malls coming up hard to sustain, that's why nobody want to build mall in Eco Majestic lah. By that you already scare so many buisnesses away.

Then you all complain this, that, fugly eco-gate, fugly eco-lorong, fugly eco-fence, fugly eco-lake, fugly eco-entrance, fugly A to Z, you all already scare away the would be owners, house purchasers to move in. Even the buisness owners scared to open shop at the eco-shop offices, eco-megamall and eco-lab because you all membabi-buta condem kaw-kaw.

Such a beautiful and nice place. The second best in terms of beauty in Semenyih after Eco Forest and you all condem kaw-kaw. Give them sometime to do the lake, the trees, the plants, the shrubs, the reflexology path, the five-foot path etc lah.

Eco Majestic is still developing and nobody can also give real life scenery exactly like artiste impression.

Jalan-jalan down here in Eco Majestic. Come down and see for yourself and then you will know.

You want Chinese restaurants, you can go to Semenyih Sentral. It is in Semenyih town. There got lots of nice decor Chinese restaurants, kopitiam and normal coffee-shops and kopitiam and 1 Japanese restaurant. New ones are also coming up. Use your GPS or Waze and you will find it. Just jalan-jalan into every row in Semenyih Sentral and you will find those Chinese eateries.

Also during the day, got 1 Chinese hawker center in front of Maybank Semenyih town and 1 Chinese RM2.50 a plate with food and rice/mee for charity restaurant in old town if you know where to find it.

PS: Dont confuse the RM2 restaurant with the Malay RM2 restaurant in front of the Semenyih Hall/Police Station/Semenyih Library.

As more people move into Eco Majestic, I'm sure the shops at EM and Kesuma Lakes (Industrial side) will have more buisnesses moving in.

2 & 3 storey shop offices/lots on both sides, EM and Kesuma Lakes will boom.
