So usually you expect a developer will deliver what is on the brochure when there is a phrase stating it is artist impression or only for illustration purpose only?

And my reply is to the comment that making the backlane as per the brochure, if you ever have a look on how the backlane look like in the brochure, you will know there will be a backlane garden, but not as per the one in the brochure, it's too hard to maintain and charging too much maintenance fees for a terrace house at the end.

For lake garden, of course, there will be a garden, but not exactly like the one in brochure, u know the meaning of 'as per' right?

When i just saying the truth, is there any developer will build exactly like what the brochure describe, but ppl keep on saying im helping developer to justify the fact that they didn't deliver what is exactly on their marketing materials is no problem.

But no one can really see what i mean is that dont hold too high expectation exactly what on the brochure, like even if u buy a car, it just won't come exactly the same as the image shown.
I'm saying developer not doing 100% of what they describe, instead of justify what they did, read properly, im not helping or justify what they did.

Many ppl here misunderstood what i said, and keep on and on thinking im defending EW, but no one realise that i only making on one point and that is NO developer will deliver 100% same as description, of coz, if the discrepancies are not acceptable, could just conplain to EW.

Right from the beginning i remember i just replied EW will just answer it's for illustration purpose only, so they won't do as 100% like the descriptions when one member here asking is it wrong to ask EW to do the backlane as per brochure, sarcastic comment but ppl thinking im defending. And some trying to be sarcastic and replying without understanding the comment.

Some might think that EW creating too much hype, yes, i agreed. And i didnt say anything which contradict this, and im just saying dont expect product will be delivered 100% same as description. And could just conplain if not satisfying.

Alright, still want to keep on and on discussing on the same issue. Yes, the pics you showed is roughly the same. But pls read my some other replies too before you replying, i did mention that i agree that EW created too much hype.

And i said that just dont expect every developer will do exactly like what they describe. This doesn't mean that im justifying what EW failed to do, but just telling that when developer said it only for illustration, will you still expecting to get exactly the same thing as illustration?

at this point of the time i dun think it is feasible to start majestic mall anytime sooner......is gd to hv a big mall in township but still we need to b realistic enough to think from sustainability enough o not
