Gonna go buy a 20m long network cable this weekend and register my Xbox live... my router is in the next room. Not trusting the reliablity of my wireless network, signal is kinda weak in my room.

To stick on this topic... hope those big big monsters are gonna appear, not like GoW only for show one.

u can always buy those signal strenght extender aerial or something u know
well 20m cable is cheaper
or u can use the aztech homeplug? uses ur power cable as lan cable

Linksys WRT54G... most of the time the signal is either low or medium in my room. Signal booster is EXPENSIVE... they usually cost more than RM400+. Cable is much more economical. Estimate expenses this month:

1. 2 port KVM switch - RM98
2. Logitech Cordless Desktop MX3200 - RM 350+-
3. 20m CAT 5 cable - RM40

my router is in a room and i needed the signal to travel thru few walls and i ended up buying a belkin n1 wireless router lol
overpowered till my neighbours tap my line on the first day when i set it up
didnt set wpa security password which i duno how at first

bullshit la...i connect it through wireless network at my house in KL...the router on the second floor and the gaming room on the 1st floor...no problem wut.... btw ...using the wireless is much more safer than cabel...i have a friend whom his xbox were suddenly strucked by the lightning...huhu...so..... up to u then...no such thing poor signal.....i still can play online till now im in kuching...no lagging......so wut r u tryin to say
