Hello

I would like to know why my HRIS calculates and everytime the PCB differs for the employee. If the salary/EPF and SOCSO is the same - why is it different every month.

Can someone help me with the formula (an easy to understand - I am maths allergic!) Let's say - if an employee earns 5500.00 per month, what's the formula like?
