How can a credit company be profitable yet have a consistent negative cash flow for years? Do they rely on credit?

This has been bugging me for the whole night..

Same company, same data,
but the site calculated Net Operating Cash Flow different from the one stated at the Annual Report

is it some kind of accounting technique used by the company? or accounting principles in Malaysia differs from other nations?

Hi, I am newbie here. Was recommended by friends to check in here. I am looking to buy some good Counter to grow my tiny fund of RM50.  Can any experience investors here recommend some steady Counters that are recession proof with minimum downside in bad global market environment that can also be consider both as a dividend yield and growth stock.  Thank you all very much !

This is good, if they are contracted to do this.
Cause we need to resume border crossing with Singapore soon. Maybe ppl in JB waiting to go to work in SG.
