i think because nowadays many have their own whatsapp group, telegram group etc. which renders the forum a bit slow.

lol, please read my question again, don't speed read.

i was asking what's with warrants? and not what is warrants?

i issued the first one of a kind warrants (not structured warrants) in Malaysia, first on Bursa. if you can tell me what warrant is that and what makes it so special?

under the LR, listed companies on bursa can only have a max of up to 2 months to release their quarterly report ending [ ] period.

if audited then it's normal that companies take more than 3 months.

In terms of business
EWB = Only developments within Malaysia
EWI = Developments outside of Malaysia

In terms of shareholdings.

EWI is 27% owned by EWB, 27% owned by GuocoLand and around 10% owned by Tan Sri Liew.

More information can be found in EWB's Circular dated 31 January 2017 and EWI's prospectus dated 9 March 2017.

like what lowya says, if you buy based on hearsay, news and rumours only then you are not ready to meet the mr market yet.

mr market will eat you like nobody else.

do your own homework, justify every purchases and disposals you made.

lastly, check the price of EWI for the past 1.25 years. it fell to a low of.....

and then now what? you gotta dig up a bit on its growth story....

hint: profitability going forward, when will they record profit, etc.

when blue chip is cheap and what are you waiting for? blue chip is not growth stock, won't turn into huge profit overnight.

but, how do you determine "cheap"?

yeah, must also be careful of the timing, so that you won't catch the falling knife.
