Im a fresh grad and have started with some investments with amanah saham and money market funds. I might be planning to try out REITs and blue chip stocks, good idea? What platform do I start to invest in these?

I thought Maybank also now offer lower brokerage for online cash upfront trades? Maybe u check with them n change your account?

Between Rakuten and M+. For cash upfront: Go M+ for lower brokerage and direct CDS. Rakuten the only advantage are online KYC and pretty fast FPX payment. The rewards are just fluff to me.

Well Rakuten also does not charge fees on corporate actions, I suppose that is a plus?

If u use direct CDS also no fees. Rakuten is nominee structure but they waive the normal fees. So it's not a plus, just less negative.

Hmmm but as I understand if there is corporate actions, Rakuten will handle rather than you having to handle the work (i.e. dividend reinvestment)? Or maybe Im missing something...
