Price should not be used as a means of comparison alone. RM0.05 stock looks cheap but it's so lousy that nobody wants.

According to Benjamin Graham, one should only buy stock with P/E 10-15.
POS P/E is 37.56 which is madness especially when it's not exactly a monopoly.

Courier services aren't doing well in Malaysia. Look at GDEX stock. Costs are likely to increase when the government removes oil subsidies.

I don't think Pos' Malaysia's revenue is actually huge. It's revenue has not grown much. Profits coming down. Dividend has been decreasing. EPS dropping. All these are bad signs.

By right, Pos' Malaysia's share price should be around RM0.80 - RM1.20 only.

Share buy back /= privatisation

Share buy back -
Company use own internal fund to purchase shares in the market, which reduce the outstanding share out there, which may eventually make EPS rise due to less shares.

Privatisation -
Someone normally major shareholder wish to acquire the remaining shares that he/she doesn't own, and delisted from the stock market.

Once the mandatory privatisation kick in aka when the major shareholder managed to acquire more than 90% stake, then major shareholder is required to buy the remaining shares from the "ikan bilis" shareholders, at the price which already set prior before in the MGO.

Multiple transaction /= multiple contract.

Most brokers houses will consolidate the same counter bought/sell within the day into one contract.

Eg.Buy
1.00 x 10 lot
1.05 x 10 lot
1.10 x 10 lot

There will be only 1 contract stated 30 lot x RM1.05, and commission, stamp duty, clearing fee are counted based on single contract.

I believe corelation of Hisbiscus and oil price higher than the other companies. Nil debt level as well and still quite attractive.
