I don't think so.. I don't thi k will bad for govt budget.. They can find another way to boost budget.. Now they cut unnecessary thing and so on in order to cut cost so got money for budget..

same with vs industries. they gave bonus share and it went up.
reasoning is that its cheaper now per share people are buying

high vol sell down last night, US is getting H3N2 now.

Correct me if I am wrong but there is no gain if you sell because BURSA will adjust the price immediately after the bonus issue.

Example the price is RM10 and you have 1000 units (Value=RM10000).
After the bonus issue, the price is immediately corrected to RM5.
With a 1:1 bonus issue, you will now have 2000 units.
Assuming no price change, the value is 2000 @ RM5 so RM10000.
This is the same as before the bonus issue.
