hi i am a potential buyer of BSS resort homes crisantha....let me explain in detail actually i was looking at hijayu aman or crisantha in view of financial reasons. I opted for crisantha reason being the security features like intercom,alarm system panic buttons etc...its slightly bigger then hijayu aman and i like the design therefore i paid the booking 1k for crisantha when it came to sign the SnP the whole security features which was one the reason i chose crisantha is missing from SnP. According to the matrix agent (after asking the developer)
1.they did not include the security feature into SnP bcz if thy did it wud increase the SPA price of the hse eventually ur loan amount increases
2. they said can not amend the SnP now but will issue an official letter by developer itself that all those security will be build in the hse
im a first home buyer quite clueless, i would like to noe the other resort homes buyers did any1 experience this?
i have emailed the developer too waiting for reply
any1 has any advice on this issue
