Those who think im just saying without proof, come smell yourself around that time near the new mosque. Have a drink at the mamak opposite. I hope the Mosque authority bring in high ranking govt support for solution regarding Kualiti Alam, its very near to that Mosque.

People wont buy subsales because there are newer units. If the previous buyers think “oh my house price appreciate already because this area house price gone up 20%” but the reality is these are new units.

Given the same price, new buyers will buy new units and not subsales. Generally it is not an “investment” anymore because they can’t sell.
