well it's actually true... for most places (new township) 
needed some time to have all the ingredients in place to make it boom 

"matured township" 

So matured.
1) No hospital
2) No mall
3) Low occupancy rate for both commercial and residential
4) Lack of amenities
5) Some phases dont even have unifi/fibre broadband
6) Too many con property agents
7) 20mins from KL

more like 45min 

My sister and i bought one unit in BSS as a weekend home and for my parent's stay in the future and for our own retirement.

We will continue to stay in Puchong since i am working in USJ and my sis in Shah Alam. If the traffic is smooth, i might considered to travel to n fro from BSS.

seems like agents very busy spam people FB & Emails..
even in lowyat have many Spam PM asking if u interested...

My unit. After 5yrs.
- wall crack (structural)
- ceiling leaks
- tiles popped up. (50% of top floor)
- car porch ceiling plaster falling apart.

Spent 40k+ to repair. Matrix dont want to take responsibility due to exceeded defect liability period. I mean its only been 5yrs. God knows what is going to fall apart next.

So don't worry, just make sure you got deep pockets 5yr down the road. All your discounts are going to be spent to repair the low quality product.

actually i can see sendayan is in a right direction...shoplot in metropark and merchant square is above 90% occupied. people started moving in and more huge company will open new plaint in sendayan tech valley... weekend xpark full house , some come from bangi and cyberjaya. kudos to those bought a unit here
