After mosque, hindu temple and upcoming sikh temple, BSS will have a buddhist temple soon. This 2 acres temple will be fully sponsored by Matrix's big boss Dato Lee Tian Hock. It will be next to the upcoming sikh temple which is adjacent to Sri Maha Maariamman Temple.

Anyway this is never easy to get approval from government for non-muslim prayer place in Malaysia syabas BSS can make it happen.
Same go to Chinese & Tamil school albeit this is our right.

Based on their quarterly presentation, it is ready by year 2017.

However at other FB page it stated Feb 2018 is the expected completion date not which one is correct

Based on Matrix's presentation, no single storey house in the forseeable future, only RMMK@TBS 4.5 acres has 60 unit SST + 182 units SST at Sendayan Aman (RMMK), 26.5 acres, both commencement date not confirmed yet.

RMMK=Rumah Mampu Milik

Got some SST at Bukit Eka too, but not sure where is this 236.9 acres.

Earlier this year we have seen VPed of Elvina (Hijayu 3B), Elymus (Hijayu Resort Homes) and Sendayan MetroPark 2A

Soon, Fellona (Hijayu 3 phase1 to 4), Suriaman 1 and Sendayan Merchant Square (phase 1 & 2) will be VP in 2017 too.

Approximately 1,400 units VP within same year rclxms.gif

I guess so, besides I also notice there is a project called Tiara Sendayan which has 447 unit single storey terrace house,31.3 acres to be commenced in year 2018 and complete in 2019.

Is Kota Gadong Perdana equal to Tiara Sendayan?

Menurut Pengerusi Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad - Datuk Mohamad Haslah Mohamad Amin, pihaknya menfokuskan kepada peruntukan dasar Kerajaan Negeri Sembilan yang menekankan aspek pencapaian kaum bumiputera untuk memiliki rumah.

RMMK@TBS & Sendayan Aman (RMMK) is RM150K per unit (RM9m/60 units & RM27.3M/182 units).

Confirmed affordable house=60+182
=242 units only

Great, can you check with him where is Bukit Eka too?

Gadong Jaya/Tiara Sendayan here should be Kota Gadong Perdana in the earlier map.

Based on Matrix's IPO Prospectus, Kota Gadong Perdana already owned by them before they are listed in year 2013, they intend to build 3,000+ houses there same with Tiara Sendayan as such both are the same, below is the extract:

However Bukit Eka only acquired after listed, these land size acquired exactly the same with Matrix's presentation, they use gross size unlike the previous practice to exclude the public amenities may be they have not done anything yet.

Under a new state housing policy announced by Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan recently, 15% of new houses constructed in the state should cost less than RM80,000.

Mellonia is Suriaman 2B if my memory not fail.

Wonder how Matrix decide the name for Suriaman series, while understand Hijayu follow alphabet
