The green light to build private hospital already obtained in year 2017, now only pending for result of negotiation between Matrix and Taiwan hospital operator, the deadline to sign final agreement is tomorrow (28/2/2018) ie 1 years after their fists announcement in 1/3/2017.

Selain itu, katanya Matrix Concepts yang memajukan Bandar Sri Sendayan, memperuntukkan kawasan seluas kira-kira 2.02 hektar di Jalan Kayu Ara di sini, untuk pembinaan Balai Polis Mambau yang baharu dan perkara ini akan dikemukakan kepada Bukit Aman untuk pertimbangan.
Old news, but just want to ask something, why BSS cannot have own balai polis such as Seremban 2 because tudm is on our site and why matrix help to upgrade balai polis mambau, what is the requirement for balai polis, and also sendayan fire and rescue?, just curious

How this new highway will benefit BSS ? Only Nilai, Labu and Enstek. But for Plus and Lekas will benefit BSS from the statement which i dont understand

SEREMBAN, 25 Mac – Sendayan, sebuah kawasan arah selatan ibu negara kini muncul sebagai bandar baharu maju dan moden, menjadikannya pusat pertumbuhan pembangunan baharu strategik Negeri Sembilan. Jika 15 tahun dahulu, ia adalah sebuah rancangan tanah Felda dan merupakan kawasan ‘sakit’ akibat kemelut perjanjian penjualan tanah antara peneroka dan Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri, Negeri Sembilan (PKNNS), kini ia diiktiraf Perdana Menteri Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak menjadi sebuah bandar satelit kepada Kuala Lumpur dan Lembah Klang.

PUTRAJAYA - Pakatan Harapan tidak menolak kemungkinan akan menghentikan Projek Laluan Rel Pantai Timur (ECRL) sekiranya menang PRU14.
Pengerusinya, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad berkata ini kerana projek ECRL yang membabitkan pembinaan laluan rel sejauh 688 kilometer merentasi sebahagian Selangor, Pahang, Terengganu dan Kelantan bernilai RM55 billion itu merupakan satu pembaziran.
“Kalau difikirkan secara logik, siapa mahu menghabiskan masa 14 jam dalam kereta api dari Kota Bharu, Kelantan ke Pelabuhan Klang, Selangor berbanding kira-kira 30 minit dengan menggunakan penerbangan.
“Kita akan mengkaji semula projek ECRL sama ada perlu atau tidak. Jika tidak (diperlukan), henti setakat yang dah buat sahaja,” katanya pada sidang media selepas menghadiri Program Bicara Bersama Tun M Siri2.0: Cabaran Ekonomi Anak Muda anjuran Akademi Siasah Anak Muda (Aksi Muda), di sini semalam.
ECRL merupakan projek transformasi yang dicetuskan oleh Perdana Menteri Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, dan dijangka menjadi pemangkin pertumbuhan ekonomi negara terutamanya di wilayah Pantai Timur apabila siap pada 2024.
