It does mattter, because your cukai tanah cukai pintu will go up, and the properties price will going to increase too, because of the bandaraya status

Here in BSS semi-D is big in size (50X100) and good design and grand surrounding. Got excellent and big Club House (dTempat country club) with complete facilities including mini cinema and bowling and many more, and well planned township and good support from state gov, in future they will move phase by phase to BSS. Also got X Park for golf driving range, go-kart, motor cross, bmx, futsal and others court for entertainment. I dont think nilai on par with this facilities. Come here and decide u will be amazed. And here currently very good for staying.

Bandar Sri Sendayan Mosque near completion, i think the biggest mosque in negeri sembilan.

Below here is the picture i have taken for the last saturday in XPark Bandar Sri Sendayan, includes XPark Motorcross (building behind that is merchant square), BMX Track, Go Kart, Futsal, and Golf driving range. This XPark is very near at d'Tempat Club House

Im house owner of BSS. Both of them have pros and cons, Ara Sendayan is in hilltop, and landscape is beautiful and modern. Whereas Fellona is very near to the club house & XPark and the size is bigger 22X80 but the landscape is basic as other taman, but Adira@Ara Sendayan is smaller 20X75 only, but have good view and landscape but far from club house. Its up to u, if u interested i can redirect to my trusted matrix sales agent that can bring u there to visit before u make up your decision.

KLIA Linkage was under construction and estimate to be completed by 2019. This will link between Bandar Sri Sendayan directly to Elite Highway and to Kuala Lumpur.

Tiara Sendayan is owned by Matrix Concept and located at gadong jaya (because matrix already bought this land), very near to suriaman BSS. And matrix is developer for BSS. Same as Ara Sendayan
