Hi
Anyone can share Celcom APN setting with me?
My phone is OnePlus 5T
My phone no data network signal since last night , thought maybe network down, but maybe something wrong with sim card o what
Just now I reset my APN and it showed "X" beside my signal. Did googled, keyed in "Celcom3g"
And I still can't get any 3G data !
Anyone have any idea what's wrong?

was surprised to see my Celcom lite app showing my data plan is 10GB this month
last month was 30GB ! called CS and they dont know what happened why it change but asked me to call my account manager (my line under corporate package with individual name)
my old corporate package is 30GB RM68.00, newer package is 40GB RM68.00 in my Celcom Lite app it show P98 without commitment (RM30 rebate for corporate)
i just re-check celcom packages, there's Xpax RM30 monthly giving 15GB seem suite me! anyone using Xpax RM30 internet plan?

Phone Care is an after-sales service program offered to Celcom postpaid and prepaid customers, which allows the customers to swap or replace their device at any reason.
Who are the target customers? This service is open to all existing and new Celcom postpaid and prepaid customers. To subscribe to Phone Care, customer need to:
Purchase a new mobile phone or tablet with FIRSTâ„¢ plans, or If customer is an existing Celcom subscriber, he/she can purchase a device without a new plan. However, customer may only have one registered device on each Celcom mobile number or plan, or If customer have recently made a device purchase or EasyPhone with Celcom, he/she can register the mobile phone or tablet (with SIM Card) in full working condition within 30 days from the date of purchase (proof of purchase is required). What are the Services? There are two types of service offered:
Phone Swap Customer can swap device like-for-like up to twice a year. Upon a swap request, you are required to return your enrolled device in exchange for a like-for-like device. Phone Replacement Customer can get a like-for-like replacement for their device (which is no longer in their possession) with the same or similar model up to twice a year. No report is required for the replacement.
All these services are provided by our partner, Asurion Technology Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.
