I have a question. Recently I bought a huawei mate 10 from celcom, my contract has already ended before i take the new phone. I pay the upfront payment of RM300 + discounted price (rm1.2k) for the phone+line. However when I received my bill, there is one time charge of rm300. My question is, is it normal to have that one time charge for a new postpaid plan?
