1. Router can only be used at the registered address?
2. Can other operators SIM be used on the router?

Then phone connect to B618 thru wifi.
Currently..don't quote me....using at house which is not registered.

Remember....as long your area no coverage according to celcom website checking....you will NEVER able to get the plan.
I am lucky that my IC having hometown address habe coverage....that the main reason Celcom allowed my registration.

I will try Digi Prepaid SIM later.
