reported 5 cases to celcom - all closed.
3 via calls, 1 whatsapp and 1 MCMC.
They called me saying about the provision issue and promised 48 hours to set 5G for me.
Finally : got 5G … happy

guys - just back to Malaysia after 3 weeks, suddenly eveywhere i go - no 5g but only 4G - restart phone also same, i am on celcom rm98 plan ... what gives?

anyone using old plan celcome mega 98 - previously can use 5G but now only on 4G?
