guys, for celcom postpaid - i logged in to the OCS, but says i cant change the credit limit. Can i know why?

There is some oustanding amount/barred - is this preventing credit limit change? I need to lower the limit.

I believe still have for yours one, just need to perform manual sms method to the 6 digit code number then able to continue validity 1 yr or 2 yr..
*
Can't find the option via *118#. Do you know the sms format & number?

QUOTE(fat16 @ Nov 14 2017, 07:59 AM)
worth or not depend of usage.
this plan is good for making long call all network. or use inside gps tracker.
*
I rarely make calls. :/
Just like the long validity

Question:
Asking on behalf of my mother. She's on prepaid xpax, not subscribe to any internet plans. Is it ok if she only want to subscribe to Video Walla (rm20@30gb per month).

Or is it a requirement to subscribe for the normal internet plan first, only then can have monthly Walla subscription?

As long got that 10GB Basic Internet.
Yes.. You can sub Video Walla RM20 for 30GB.
*
Which option to get that basic 10gb internet from the xpax app? I'm so out of touch with celcom stuff, sorry.

Nope. I think it's some older plans. She's on xpax for many years already.

I just realised my mum's on XPAX-Mid plan (old plan). Checked her call usage for 1 min to 018 number costed her RM15 walao...

How do i change this XPAX-mid plan to some other newer plan? I don't see any option to change it in the OCS. The call rate is friggin expensive.

that is outragerous
better call Celcom Customer

From my celcom sms :
you can switch to current new Xpax plan
type
MIG XPAX to 28882
Calls rates
28sen for every 10 minutes within the Celcom network
and 28sen for every 5 minutes to other networks.

Existing Celcom Prepaid customers (XLITE, XMID, XMAX, XPAX, S.O.X., U.O.X., BLUE & SUKSES) are allowed to migrate to the New XPAX plan by SMSing MIG X2 to 28882.

X2 plan is no more available. They phased it out long time ago.

If you haven't passed the grace period, then you can reactivate it by topping up

If you haven't passed the grace period and still with credit balance, you can extend validity without reloading.
*
On phone screen, no network is shown already. No bar status on top also. How do i know if it is still within grace period?

actually you can contact cs and ask them to opt out any promotion sms ads.

Celcom and xpax share same cs, right?
