They provided me with a case number yesterday, and this morning, i could see 5G is up & running.
TL/DR - whenever you guys call & complaint, FORCE them to provide you with a case number.

I can finally use 5G service this morning, after pestering & forcing Celcom to provide me with a ticket number for a few days.
They provided me with a case number yesterday, and this morning, i could see 5G is up & running. TL/DR - whenever you guys call & complaint, FORCE them to provide you with a case number. ![]() |
