Hi guys , I purchased video Walla rm7 to watch YouTube but ended up it deducted all my personal data while video Walla data is not deducted. I complained to celcom CS and they don't really helpful at all. While they just insisted that me watching using browser whereas I was actually watching with YouTube apps. Do you guys know how can I further escalate this issue?
