Hi Guys, just wondering isit until now celcom still no volte for android phone ? Celcom getting more and more bad now days = = feel to port out but still with one year contract = =

Anyone facing issue at Bandar Sri Damansara Area ?
My celcom line never exceed 3 bar since 2 months ago. Data keep disconnected. By using Hotspot more shit. non stop disconnect.
Have try on my backup phone same issue also.
Customer service just keep say there is no issue on that area.
Really feel wan port out from celcom, but the stupid contract havent end yet. aizz

Called them multiple time, the only reply is based on their system unable to detect any issue on that area.

End up provide me a case number, says will further investigate and reply within 3 working days.

But normally on the 3rd working day they will send an sms says that issue has be resolve, case closed @@

But in fact the issue still there.



When i ask for further info, they only says that unable to detect any issue on that area even i provide them with speed test, networth bar, this and that to prove, they give me the celcom network link and ask me check myself to show no network issue on that area

Can i complaint this to MCMC ?

Anyone know ?
