Anyone ever used whatsapp chat with Celcom? Seems like they never replied.

Dual sim is the way to go man... telcos are very disappointing nowadays.

Just move on to prepaid, dual sim on hotlink/YES5G and yoodo/xpax. Way cheaper, more reliable. Do you need to hotspot a lot?

Normally I start with a Hi because sometimes there's no one on the other side and I had to retype everything again.

Well, I actually had hotlink, yoodo and yes5g.

Yoodo RM5 for calls, yes5g for data, hotlink is my main line but mainly to receive calls and whatsapp. Also think hotlink has better coverage indoors which also make it easier to use ewallet or membership app.

It's very poorly handled. If you decided to initiate a conversation, at least get a response before informing customer that they will be put on hold for a certain amount of time to proceed.

Besides the first thing is do you want to change number? LoL...

I'm not using celcom line but rather celcom 5g wireless.
