Anyone knows why? |

Been using Xpax from 2 weeks now.
There is a lot of SMS ads from Celcom, keep asking to subscribe this and that.  |

I just checked my dad's bill and found out that Celcom is charging RM10/month for paper bill.
Does all Telco companies do this?  |
