Was thinking to switch my sister plane to Xpax, mainly for Waze.64kbps probably too slow to load Waze.

I keep getting "Sign-in to network" notification after switching from UMobile to Celcom.
Anyone knows why? |

QUOTE(TitaniumZ @ Jul 8 2019, 03:03 PM) I have this problem too after I MNP from U Mobile to XPAX 50 2.0; last month I MNP my number to XOX and now it's gone. Yeah It doesn't affect anything, it's just annoying to constantly getting this notification. It doesn't seems to have negative impact on anything though. |

Been using Xpax from 2 weeks now.
There is a lot of SMS ads from Celcom, keep asking to subscribe this and that. |

QUOTE(powerwoot @ Jul 21 2019, 08:12 PM) yup, been there especially on prepaid. The worst the sent promotion sms during the wee hours few times in a week. QUOTE(4lt4ir @ Jul 21 2019, 08:30 PM) Yes, I'm getting annoyed by this too. I've received almost no promotional SMS's from Yoodo and Unifi mobile. QUOTE(terradrgn @ Jul 21 2019, 09:32 PM) Be prepared.. That's not the worst. I want to block the SMS number, but I'm afraid I might miss some important SMS from them. The worst is when they send you an SMS saying you subscribed to a service and charge you for it. Then you'll need to go through the whole hassle of Celcom's CS to get the refund and block the sms number. I guess I just live with it. |

QUOTE(nexona88 @ Jan 30 2020, 11:37 AM) QUOTE(OKLY @ Jan 30 2020, 11:56 AM) This is in effort to go green and reduce paper usage. Similar to how plastic bags are discouraged with 20 cents charge to customer. Yup, opted for e-bill already. My dad doesn't even bother to check his bill, luckily I was at home to help him opt of e-bill. Some how Celcom managed to convince my dad to upgrade his plan to Gold Supreme 50GB, my dad doesn't even use more than 1GB a month. I think everyone should check your parents' bills once a while, just to make sure they are not being overcharged by these companies. |
