Hello everyone. I have a couple question on Celcom Prepaid Internet Package. For below questions, i am 24/7 on Tab S7 with youtube watching anything, because no tv.

1. Is Video Pass (555GB) need normal internet connection accompanying it; as in daily/weekly/monthly package + video pass? Because i have observed that even if Video Pass quota is consumed, my normal internet quota also gets consumed.

2. Is there anywhere stated how the internet package are "used". Exampleb something like "normal quota all usage", "video pass for youtube ONLY", or "you can buy this package without other necessary package". This is because of my first question.

Ive been trying to find my sweet spot for internet package, and so far have found none because of Question 1 problem.

Hopefully someone can understand what im trying to ask here.

Thx!

QUOTE(JLA @ Apr 14 2024, 07:53 AM)
For heavy unlimited youtube streaming recomended using raja kombo plan.
The original plan from digi raja video  --> celcomdigi Raja Kombo 5G

555GB High-Speed Video Pass is for 3 days only
after pas expire video streaming use normal internet quota

The thing is, even with video pass 555gb active, my normal quota got consumed. Thats what confused me, as before (i dunno when it started) it is clearly working as intended; normal quota + video pass > go ham on youtube > normal quota not consumed while video pass quota consumed

I dont mind the short days video pass provide, but when i only on youtube with video pass active, and it still consumed normal quota, it makes me mad.

I even cant entertain the idea of switching telco because there are ony 3 big telco in my area because thats the only the people i knew used and can give opinion on it. make it 2 because celcom merged with digi
