If a celcom prepaid user wants to port to another telco, can the existing prepaid credit be transferred, refunded or will be forfeited, consider burn?

Thanks bro, i got the answer in another thread too. Will be forfeited. I am raising up the no long credit extension with MCMC and the minister, pointing out that we are stuck in a cycle because will lose all the credits if port out.

Have to convert to the pantas prepaid plan. in doing so, lost 9GB monthly to just 1GB but at least managed to extend validity for 6 months...a poor trade off

Celcom:
You can transfer any amount, capped at RM25 per transaction and RM100 per day. Please note that the transfer amount must be a round figure.
For each successful transfer, a nominal RM0.50 service charge will apply.

My plan comes with 1 GD basic internet, but why at local usage it says my current plan does not include base internet? Celcom Xpax Pantas. It starts last week when I reload to the 1 year long life expiry.
