what's the sms number to send to check balance again? Can someone pls let me know? Change phone forgot the number and what to type to check.

Anyone experiencing bad connection/no connection? My phone can't switch to 4G even I am in 4G coverage area. My data can't load and I do no have active internet. Didn't do any settings or whatsoever but I can't get my internet to run.
