U Mobile is known for their disruption package.
Not even expect good quality. But, expect good quantity.

Some people like cheap plan & get 4Mbps already more than enough.
Expect 10 years more & U Mobile will change telco landscape in Malaysia. smile.gif

To let you know the truth. That speedtest i made is from Kuala Lumpur server. Should be near 100km from my area. That why can achieve consistently 70-80Mbps(daytime). 80-90Mbps(night). Like i always access MY server everyday. Most of content me download from US server(average 20-30Mbps).

Since Speedtest app cannot choose US server. I make Fast.com speedtest & get average 10-20Mbps(daytime). 30-40Mbps(night). Since Celcom don't have unlimited data plan. It should be that the speed will change soon. But, its okay. You can choose to upgrade to LTE Cat4 or Cat6 device to boost/tarik signal more the speed.

What i think is to upgrade my phone to Cat6 enabled device. With 4G+, maybe i can lock the speed more with 2x2 MIMO antenna. Since Celcom at my area is the best. Should i need to wait Celcom to introduce unlimited data postpaid plan(which is they still arrogant & only give 100GB data plan).... puke.gif yawn.gif

So, let's hope our good Celcom will release unlimited data postpaid plan soon. Don't know what take them so long to add this plan. Add jer la. Customer confirm ramai... brows.gif

U see Q2 report? Celcom customer drop to 9.93M total. Hope more to drop. Must teach them lesson for ignore the unlimited data price wars.... devil.gif devil.gif

Just stick to your Xpax Edisi Pantai Timur plan, weekend unlimited data surfing included. biggrin.gif

Xpax EasyPhone design for poor people who lazy to read  t&c. no money but want high end latest phone.
*
Depends tho, not necessarily like this. Some people just don't want to have a big hole in their pocket suddenly by paying the full price for a new phone. Better to pay it by installment instead.

But paying by installment if we calculate the total will be like twice the price of the device if buy it by cash.

Just noticed an unknown number registered under my name on Xpax app, suspected the phone shop that I previously bought Xpax East Coast did this. Will go to nearest blue cube and reclaim it.

please make police report, so that SKMM can be properly notified of the unscrupulous vendor AND to punish celcom's lack of oversight. this is identity theft. don't treat it lightly.

Hi all... currently on Magic SIM... it is for my dad... his usage is only calls and now just changed him a smartphone...

Now my Q is should I convert him to the new XPAX or remain as Magic SIM ?
I just need cheaper call rate and basic internet (whatsapp)... Which would be more worth it ? As I can't find much info on Magic SIM to compare already...

Both also comes with FREE basic internet, right ?

Hotlink & Digi Prepaid apply to all Malaysian.
But, this Xpax Edisi Pantai Timur can buy here only.

I wonder what will happen to this Xpax Edisi Pantai Timur. Temporary or permanent reload bonus? If can keep until years 2020 consider good ady.

When me first register the plan. I got message say "RM0 You are eligible to enjoy FREE Unlimited Calls to same network or Data when you reload RM10 or RM30 now! T&C apply. Sincerely,Celcom".

You know la Celcom. Wanna attract customer more. After that, put a limit to the plan... doh.gif sad.gif

I see certain Xpax plan, Celcom didn't simply change the original plan, so that we can enjoy the additional benefit till forever. For e.g like Xpax IOX plan, till now for those who still retain the SIM card plan still can enjoy 15 mins unlimited quota free internet 3 times per day forever.

Wah, didn't know about the unlimited quota plan provided by Xpax. Lucky for those who live at those areas, hopefully it will be provided at other areas also soon and I will switch to Xpax immediately  laugh.gif  laugh.gif

'East Cost' SIM card still can be used in whole Malaysia region, as long as you are within Celcom coverage. biggrin.gif

guys, for celcom postpaid - i logged in to the OCS, but says i cant change the credit limit. Can i know why?

There is some oustanding amount/barred - is this preventing credit limit change? I need to lower the limit.

I think celcom no longer provide this service, maybe port to MVNO that roam on Celcom network ?
