Technically it's totally possible. They just want your address so that they could region lock that sim card to be able to connect to few tower around that address only.

Hi guys, currently im at selangor area and using Digi prepaid with RM30 monthly only. Having difficulty to browse internet and call signal is bad when inside shopping mall.

Will changing xpax worth it?
