Those area that has weak connectivity, even urban areas, feel free to blame those kiasu conspiracy believers unker and aunties that objects the tower installment. They can join those anti 5G group that puts their routers in faraday cages then complaint their WiFi is weak. Just hope no tower is getting torched here

Yah... adding a new tower so quick, but activating VoLTE - hmmm had been waiting for so long. Other provider had been better at this.

Not reception but call quality. However, both parties must have VoLTE enabled and also under VoLTE coverage too.

We can see "HD" or "VoLTE" status during call in the call screen ...

i downloaded the celcom life app, claim the free 5GB. but when i surf, none of the data is deducted from it.

Hi, can we switch phone package by calling the customer service? My dad was using the Rm88 package but since he hardly uses the phone now, i thought the cheapest basic package will do (Rm38 xplite or Rm45 first plan).

You cannot downgrade plan..have to port out..then port in back..

Suggent port to umibile than back to CUP35..

If you want to maintain Celcom line, best option is to port out then port in back to Xp Lite or Celcom Prepaid or port out to other MVNO like Yoodo.

Xplite i think must be for a port in plan, the last i asked Celcom (more than a year ago).

My Mate 10 Pro now got option on the VoLTE, but seem no effect when making call, still change to 3G/H+....
