Yes it does. Blockage is one of the reason or his house could be at the edge of cell coverage.

Worst case if some of your neighbor pasang booster/repeater and pull a signal from other tower toward the area which a specific tower should serving then gg. It can cause interference.

But previously no issues....
Then problem like few days..
Now okay?

U think people use booster like that?
🤭

More likely tower issues previously which resolved now...

Thanks for the reply.

azhar75 CUP35's FUP limit should be at least 100GB per month, as per above reply = more suited for heavy data users, compared to Maxis HUP35. Not a surprise since Celcom is a sister company of TM HSBB Fiber = free Internet data.?
QUOTE(budi1413 @ Jun 16 2020, 07:25 AM)
since when celcom is a sister company of tm? any reference?

''''''' KUALA LUMPUR: The chief executive officer (CEO) of Celcom Axiata Bhd Michael Kuehner’s remark has prompted the investing fraternity to speculate how the two would merge.

Kuehner has been quoted by Bernama as saying that it makes sense to merge Telekom Malaysia Bhd ™ and Axiata Group Bhd, both of which are owned by Khazanah Nasional Bhd.

Yesterday, Bernama cited Kuehner as saying that merging TM and Celcom could result in “a lot of synergy” as both run big networks in the country, but it was still up to shareholders to make the final decision. '''''''

Afaik;
.
The owner or controlling shareholder decides on business policies and can over-ride management decisions, not the other way round. The CEO is appointed or hired as an employee by the owner to make more money for the owner. The CEO or other managers can be sacked by the owner at any time, eg for non-performance, but must be in accordance with his employment contract, eg golden parachute.

Hence TM Unifi Mobile rides on Celcom's 3G network and not on Maxis's or Digi's, a decision likely made by the owner, not by their management.

This is obviously using the 64kbs 1GB Basic Internet quota. Please call the Careline for more details.

Is there a way I can purchase the Celcom Unlimited Internet pass using my credit instead of paying via Boost, Debit card or online banking (only given options in the Celcom Life app)? Thanks!

Huhhh....? We do have to subscribe to CUP35 using our credit balance. There is no other means AFAIK... We just need to topup/reload RM30 + RM5 for a total reload of RM35 and then just subscribe to CUP35... repeat the cycle on 31st day later...

For topup/reload, can use any methods we prefer... As of now, Boost is the best because topup/reload via Boost get 10% cashback inside Boost later...

Thanks! There was something wrong with the Celcom Life App yesterday so I couldn't buy the Unlimited Plan yesterday. Today, the Celcom Life app UI completely changed and I can buy the unlimited internet with my credit but my basic internet completely disappeared.
