Anyone receive such message from celcom?
It looks so suspicious. RM0 Hi! To avoid any disruption to your Celcom service, please update your information by sending UPDATE <Name>&<IC/ID Number> & send to 28889 before 30/06/18. This is an MCMC directive & PDPA applies. Sincerely, Team Celcom |

Recently ported out from XPAX to DiGi Prepaid. After hearing stories of difficulties of porting out (for any telco), just want to note that as far as XPAX is concerned, the process was smooth. After replying YES to the port-out sms, the process was completed in about 6hrs. All done in 1 day not including the time for DiGi to send me the SIM card. Thanks Celcom.

I had been using it for a few months. The balance is gone. It was 61 sen valid till 19/6 when I initiated the port-in at DiGi's website last Friday.Do you need register your celcom xpax first? |

You can actually get the basic internet for 2 years by paying rm50 for validity. Rm80 if to take into account the rm30 tnc. Reload rm50 and buy 2 years validity, then reload rm30 more to finish its tnc, then change your x2 plan to the newest xpax. The 2 years validity will be carried forward and you'll get 2 years of basic internet. |
