I can’t find it on the App Store too. Damn it, I also still can’t activate Celcom Life app, it keeps reporting my number is not a Celcom number. 012 MNP customer here.

My celcom contract ended on 17th. Prior to expiring, I visited the Celcom shop in Nu Sentral, and customer service mentioned since I'm loyal customer, they can offer rm68 plan to me.

Today I went KLCC Celcom, they said no such thing. No loyal plan bla bla bla. Not entitled to rm68 plan, only for new numbers.

Damn pissing off tbh. Anyone got such experience? I wanna downgrade from my current rm98 plan. Only need 10gb data a month.

Just switch to xpax prepaid then.

.... new user jumped ship from maxis surfmore to celcom xpax lite.

first thing i notice is the slow slow slow speed. and even slower slower upload speed. from speedtest...

downlink 3mbps to 8mbps. uplink 1mbps to 4mbps....
is this even normal ? i got full 4g signal bar...

in maxis i regularly get 40mbps up down....
*
Wah. Surfmore is a Super old legacy plan. Last time when I subscribed to maxis postpaid, I used it since it is the only that gives more data which was what I need.

Well it's not capped speed but actual operational speed 🤣
(U actually lucky to get such speed because many of us gets lower thanks to congestion issues)
*
Dun think so. If it is capped speed it will show the actual capped speed. both u mobile or yes has the same behaviour for capped speed prepaid plan.

If Speedtest can get the result, it means no speed capped.

Indeed quite good plan for heavy data users. 3Mbps speed cap is not ideal, if 4Mbps like yes it will be the best. But 3Mbps is reasonable speed for light users.

Huh?
I did says it's NOT CAPPED SPEED...
Or I didn't says it clear enough 😂

Yup. 3Mbps is okay for light users...
Heavy users sure cannot one.. must have minimum 10Mbps...
*
I think u did not read my msg clearly.

I was saying the speed was not capped if someone really subscribed to the pass and the speedtest result did not show capped speed.

Like I said both yes and u mobile unlimited prepaid plan showed 4Mbps and 3Mbps. So the new pass for Celcom should show 3Mbps also.

The fellow bro here said his speed was 40Mbps over based on the speedtest and not 3Mbps as expected. This was question raised whether the new pass may not have capped yet and this is for more who subscribed to confirm.

u were saying what the speedtest showed was not correct.

Speedtest result should be correct one.

The plan indeed has capped speed stated. however the actual user experience is the one to tell.

Maybe more to subscribe to the new pass can confirm if there is capped speed or not regardless of the tnc.

Not everyone is using so little data. 5GB is a min pretty much to most.
For me I prefer unlimited data plan. Rm30/month. Stream YouTube until song.

limited quota with capped speed. good idea. i think many people complain quota depleted too fast can't last for a month.
*
Actually capped speed but unlimited plans will suit most people.

I personally think yes konfem 4G (unlimited data at 4Mbps - can stream videos at default auto 720p - manual 1080p easily) and u mobile GX30 unlimited data at 3Mbps - default auto 480p and manual 720 easily) are good. Am using konfem 4G now . Will try u mobile GX30 soon.

Both only rm30 monthly. Dirt cheap.

look like soyacincau power leh  rclxms.gif  can discover trap of new plan and celcom removed the 4GB RM20 plan  brows.gif a big money trap for user
also, celcom fast to modify their new plan  bruce.gif  to avoid being "abused" regarding cheap add-on  brows.gif

then how about high speed internet user? no add-on to use? more expensive add-on price?  brows.gif

but 1 big question appear: ---> unlimited user need to buy hotspot plan to use high speed internet add-on for hotspot use???  hmm.gif
so RM8=20GB+RM8 hotspots 20GB and total add-on of RM16 needed in order to use 20GB add-on internet? brows.gif
so become not so cheap?  brows.gif
*
dun understand what is the trap? rm20 for 4GB is not cheap rite?

Same bro, I'm also on legacy plan. Their reason will be need to change to latest plan to get 5G sweat.gif

Icic. This plan is under my name but used by my friend Becos he is working overseas.

But seriously given the data it bundled. It is not attractive for its price paid actually but it is the cheapest postpaid plan one can still own for celcom.
