Unlimited 6Mbps mobile data has landed at Xpax. Subscribe to the regular unlimited 3Mbps pass first, then pay RM10 to unlock unlimited 6Mbps mobile data.

I was trying to apply for Maxis broadband and was told that I have outstanding with Celcom. Strangely this is not the first time I was informed about this as I recall I had calls from debt collectors about outstanding Celcom bill.

Back in 2015 I recall porting to Celcom coz of their generous internet. After few months due to bad coverage I port back to Maxis. Naturally to port one number to another I need to clear my outstanding with Celcom (it's on postpaid btw).

Number ported with no issue and now suddenly Celcom decided they still can bill me after porting. And now this small outstanding is causing me so much trouble and Celcom ain't helping much about this.

I find this stupid and ridiculous. Just sharing my tale if someone still wanna stick to Celcom.

Its normal in postpaid to view the bills after two months of termination..just to clarify there is no outstanding to the bill..

You still have to pay the previous bill to move on..

Just asked Celcom from their twitter about volte activation for huawei nova 5T which is not there yet. They told me to request it from huawei directly to develop firmware instead of celcom to huawei mutually. haiya... this celcom is actually not ready for volte compare to their rivals.

All phone have already activate VoLTE..can see in the settings..just need Celcom to allow using it..

Hi, can we switch phone package by calling the customer service? My dad was using the Rm88 package but since he hardly uses the phone now, i thought the cheapest basic package will do (Rm38 xplite or Rm45 first plan).

You cannot downgrade plan..have to port out..then port in back..

Suggent port to umibile than back to CUP35..

Must be some 'intern' at work (from home)... huhu

Yah, VoLTE is there for a long time, they should just enable it without any term & condition.

My spare Unifi Mobile line - on VoLTE long time ago, no need to 'beg'  whistling.gif

Since Celcom phasing out 3g here in terengganu few weeks ago, my signal have been absolute horrible especially at night, like 50% on roaming. My house is in some sort of blind spot and previously only max 3g but thats 100% of the time on 3g, can use data. Now its 50% 4g and 50% roaming. When signal change to roaming then all data dc and need to do airplane mode. Wtf is this shit with phasing 3g to give way to 5g but even 4g isn't stable. Happened to my main sim and few mvno riding on Celcom like tunetalk and xox. Get your shit together please Celcom...

You need to report to Celcom's CS and MCMC..I'm on Mega80..using mi11t pro..counter no issues..but then i'm at city center and Gong Badak..

Does anyone have experience buying Device Bundle from Celcom? I bought the iPhone 13 Pro device bundle with the lightning plan. This purchase was on the 23rd of December 2021. On the Track Order Details, it says the order should be completed on the 30th of December 2021. I have received the sim card from Celcom. But I still haven't received the iPhone until now. I called them and they said that I just bought the plan and not the phone.

The weird part is, I don't understand how the transaction went through. I paid for the phone and the plan together. And they sent me the official receipt. Now they are "investigating this issue".

Any thoughts?

Years ago I use the buying Device Bundle..and i got the phone straight after Celcom approved..not sure how you walk out without the phone..

5G is great for unlimited data..if use any plan with allocated data..it can be matter of seconds for the data to be deplete..

And have to buy more data..

Then there is issues that to use the 5G need additional fee..RM10..just like the old days when use BlackBerry..
