I need some help here.
I'm using XPAX Prepaid plan, since yesterday I unable to access Reddit website for some reason.
But other site is fine and accessible e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Kotaku, etc.
Any idea on how to fix this?

Does anyone know how to track the usage of the Triple Quota? I mean I recently subscribed to RM 50 that gives 10GB+20GB for 3 days but for some reason it started using my monthly 10GB data and not the 20GB extra.

So I get an SMS from Celcom stating that they gonna phase out XPAX app soon.
Problem is, my family still using old phones that doesn't support the new Celcom Life app.
Short of telling them to buy a new phone what other option do they have?
