well Not only celcom CS does that...
Telco U & M CS also simply close case & says it's resolved...
don't want to let the case backlog.. so that ignorant customers just forget about their case...

3Mbps is considered as "slow" for many people standard...

30GB given sure cannot fully utilized one. On normal usage.. if u on 24/7 then possible to use up.. but still it's considered as slow 😁
