When I just changed to digi, same thing happened to me, they charged me RM5 every week. Only noticed it when I am paying the monthly fee. Really cibai 1, now finding a suitable telco to change.

Celaka these number.
Those idiots at DIGI center blamed my mum for installing weird apps yesterday.
Straight away my mum showed them her 'dumb' phone. Very old phone bought in year 2008. Nokia something.
DIGI center people only SEND STOP to all three numbers and didn't refund the credit.

Then TODAY, ANOTHER SMS appeared again from different CP and each SMS is charged RM5!!!! Mind that I just installed her SIM card into new ASUS Zenfone Selfie after my mum returned from DIGI center.

How do I get refund from DIGI and permanently disable ALL these CP service crap?

stress on the model of phone that your mom have been using while she's getting charged for all these. better if the phone itself does not support the type of content requested.

Actually I did stress on the old nokia phone. I even asked the digi agent to compare the phone IMEI record in the database. laugh.gif
I told him to check the new IMEI (for the new zenfone selfie) should be available in their system for past few days ago while CPs deduction had been happening for over a month.

Since all those 'auto' successful registration had fully stopped and credit had been refunded to my mum SIM, I didn't lodge report with MCMC.
