Has anyone subscribe to maxis safedevice and tried claiming before?

Not sure. Because my sister was using zerolution with the insurance package. And her phone screen turned black when she accidentally dropped it. They say cant claim anything. And still have to pay till Nov this year. Or else forfeit the balance, meaning she have to pay another 700+ i think.. Then the phone is hers. Quite scam la the way i see it from Maxis.. Lol. If phone spoil and its still under them they should take the phone and the send to Samsung for service. Whatever the outcome they can refer to customer; ie; if cost of repair is 800; they should offer to upgrade the phone and the phone consider gone, meaning they they take the phone, the balance she dont have to pay, they can just repair the phone and resell as refurbished unit.. Because they still earn from the new phone they sold to her... lol

You can try asking. But I doubt so they will asisst. Even my friend's mum's s7 edge got 1 tiny bit of lcd error; not sure what it is, also they dont want to receive.. lol. My sister didnt ask though, but to repair her phone outside would easily cost about 800+. Cause screen black so need to change lcd. lol
