Connaught station is just 5-6 station from Cochrane and TRX and those with 2-3 station ahead from Majestic is selling about 700psf or reaching 800psf, One Cochrane potentially launch at 1k psf. Pricing pretty interesting but given 2k unit and potentially Negro nest and chap is another BIG BIG issue as mentioned by Aaron Bro, it may ruin down the whole project. |
