I believe it is due to you are being allocated a private IP by your ISP and nothing to do with the router.
TM have been allocating private IP to their users instead of public IP recently. You can verify by checking the IP address from your router page. If it is something starting from 10.xx.xx.xx, it is private IP.
It happened to my once when still on Streamyx 4Mbps.TM have been allocating private IP to their users instead of public IP recently. You can verify by checking the IP address from your router page. If it is something starting from 10.xx.xx.xx, it is private IP.
I noticed the unusual Ip address with the 10.xx.xx.xx range.
My friends emailed that they can't access my IP Cameras and my website.
All failed to resolved correctly.
I call up TM call centre 100 and made a brute complaint!
Why is my interent connection "banned", my IP Cameras for security monitoring failed to be reached from the WWW.
Ha! Ha! Within a few hours, all came back to normal. Normal random Ip addressess.
Problem solved. Make sure you gave them "earful"!
