That should be all you need to do. Verify BTU is working and got link. Check lan cables, which port router to which port BTU. Check router logs for clues. The answer is there, just need to look in the correct place.
by BTU i assume you mean the modem? it is working and linked to TM. the old router still works and have also checked with TM.
Everything else seem to be in order. I have even factory reset the router to no avail. I googled and found the IPTV workaround and have applied it.
thus i am wondering if there are any other workaround that i need to try,
if everything else is in order, i think i can only assume that the router was DOA since it is new out of box.
