Hi i bought my unit during the digi S8 promote (5th to 7th may)
To ensure my samsung s8 protected by the samsung protection plus plan, i called the toll free and live chat with them

From the conversation with the toll free rep, he said my emei show as preorder unit hence they will send the cert to me But till today i didnt receive any email. So i decide to live chat them today and this is the response.

Btw i can see 50-60 micro scratches on my screen under certain light. And back is the worst one, so i apply cheapo carbon fiber sticker to reduce slippery
