EDIT: btw the only concern for doing 1 to 1 at SC is they may be giving you refurbished units and not brand new sealed units, because of the amount of people going back to SC to do 1 to 1 exchange.. So its best if you check your phone properly at the shop you bought it from and if any issues arises, request for an exchange there and then itself.

I did ask the one who attended me, he said brand new unit as replacement but I'll make sure to check the seal on the box, the seal is the one i should be looking at right? Or is there anything else?

it is good that they do 1 to 1 instead of repair.
Ive talk to two operators both saying no 1 to 1 allowed. Maybe the service center has different SOP.

disable all the package with "pink highlight" but you have to check the name to see if you need it.for the others, you need trial and error to check what you disabled causing any trouble or not. i disabled everything stating " bixby" in my case.

Like when u return the phone and they check, then when they give green light for exchange, they brought out a new box? Did they cut the seal in front of you? Or was it already opened when they bring it to you?

I am sending my phone in on Sunday and it will take maximum 2 weeks or less.
I am required to bring everything that is included in the phone box and receipt then he will process the 1 to 1 exchange for me.

I will specifically tell him not to cut the seal until i am there and see it with my own eyes.

EDIT: Today he used checkered box to check the red tint and confirmed then GPS issue he said technicians can't do GPS repairs so he offered me 1 to 1 exchange.

Longest is 2 weeks but if all goes well, it will be less than that cuz they need to file a report about the reason of 1 to 1 exchange.

its random I believe, have unboxed sets with 0, -2, and -4. Never come across any -6 (maximum) though..

That is pre-update values. After software update the values changed to 0, -3, -6 and -9 (maximum)
