So actually I don't know get the idea of Fair Usage Policy(FUP) applied by Maxis Home Fibre.
Can someone help to explain a bit? Does it mean there is still quota?

Another question is about people saying Maxis will limit (or throttle) down the internet speed during 8pm to 2am.
Is it true?

I have difficult time choosing between Unifi and Maxis Fibre at Rawang area.
But I think I will go with Maxis if my doubts are solved.

Yes, Maxis does throttle P2P connection from 8pm to 2am.
Maxis reserves the right to decide whether do they want to apply FUP. However, from the day when Maxis start selling their Fiber Broadband, they never apply the FUP into their plan.
