I've been having sinus since i was a kid but lately it has got worse. I can't breath at maximum capacity due to blocked nose.

I found a product online that is said to be good for nasal cleansing. It cleans up sinus infection and irritations as well.

Anyone have tried this product?
Can I get in any clinics or hospital as a treatment? This will make it easy because:

1. I can claim from my company insurance
2. I don't have to do it myself. The procedure is very simple but still, I am not confident with my capabilities.

Clinic usually does not have nasaline... some might have but you need to search then.
they only have nasal spray, which is more suitable for sinusitis.

im using Avamsys its very effective for me. Spray at night before sleep and nose wont be blocked after wakeup.

however nasaline can be bought at pharmacies.

I saw a video of something like this being used on a toddler. It looked very effective for clearing mucous...

Mine used to be bad but I find that applying Magnesium Oil Int he area helps. Someone I know squirts it in directly which burns like crazy but is super effective 😬😬😬

Yea I heard steroid can cause rebound congestion, not sure if I want to give it a try. Mine usually is not so much of blocking but more to runny nose and nasal drip.. not sure what natural remedies can help to ease it.

had the same problems as you.

May I know where to buy this? I get runny nose like every other 3-4 days especially when I don't get enough sleep or sudden change of environment/temperature.
