cheapest i found also rm120 in penang... second hand fire extinguisher tank... black color medium size.... dat one also dunno include full tank of co2...no include regulator...

another offer i found in penang... rm170... refurbish co2 tank... with new valve and filled up co2... without regulator..

both also didnt take... no money...

do we need to add the fertilizer ball (like JBL) after we had the liquid form of ferterlizer...
this liquid fertilizer need to add daily or once a week?
liquid form of carbon got people try before? for low tech planted tank is it advisable to use this  compare to CO2?

it not gonna do anything. the co2 just gonna build up in the container and overspill ... goes upward .. u need something to desolve it into the water ..google DIY CO2 Reactor ..

if put bacter 100, dun need bacter ball lor... but if u use HOB filter, can alwiz add 1 bacterball inside the HOB filter to encourage bacteria breeding inside there....

some recommended liquid ferts brand are ADA and seachem... i using capalang brand (fiscare) coz melaka cannot find seachem.... ADA small bottle also cost rm5x...   dat also 1 bottle only... need to supplement a few other fert some more...

plan to buy seachem excel to replace my unstable diy co2...

if possible ask for discount .. for rm400 i can get new 2kg tank and solenoid ..
normal soil is big while powder is smaller .. powder soil is needed when u want to plant small foreground plants since the powder has more smaller gab so the roots can easier stick to. if u dont use foreground plants, normal soil will suffice ..

grass : japanese hair grass .. its a foreground plant .. so need powder .. the side where taller plants, dont need powder soil .

iwagumi means rock arrangement . usually one or two island of rocks only are used in the whole tank .. each island use 3diffrent stone or 7 max .. other places will be covered by foreground .. usually glosso or HC. most iwagumi doesnt hv other plants type at the scape .. but a few nice big blyxa japonica located near the island would be nice ...

Japanese Hair Grass - JHG almost same requirement as normal, but in terms of look, they are more shorter and curly....
i think this is why they got their name...
